Words matter. That's why I don't hand you more of them.
You know the German. So why can't you speak it when it matters?
Someone asks you something in a meeting. You understand every word. The one you need is nowhere to be found.
So what really moves the needle after B1?
One word you've only heard. Used on purpose. Out loud. With someone who corrects you on the spot.
That's integration. That's when "I know it" becomes "it's mine."
AI gets you far. The rest comes from living conversation. Sorry, robots ;)
And when people say "Wow, you speak so well," they stop correcting you. Your progress stops with them.
That's why trust is everything in my coaching. You only let someone interrupt you and correct you when you trust them. Then it gets intense. "Great start. Again, shorter." Then it clicks.
